Wiluna sits 950 kilometres north east of Perth and 534 km north of Perth in the traditional lands of the Martu people in central Western Australia.

Traditional Owners: Martu people (On 29 July 2013 the Wiluna, Wiluna #3 and Tarlpa native title determinations recognised the Martu people as the traditional owners of approximately 50,000 square kilometres around Wiluna.)
